This answer is nothing but garbage. I sent another query with it. I'm wondering if a class action lawsuit shouldn't be forthcoming by Mac users. Grrrrrr.

Dear Me,
Thank you for contacting our Verizon Wireless website. We are sorry to learn that you are having difficulty with using iSync with your LG device via Bluetooth connection. We understand that this can be an inconvenience, and we are happy to provide you with information about the Bluetooth capabilities on your device.
Our handsets include Get It Now, our virtual store of ringtones, games and productivity tools that customers can download. The agreements we have with our Get It Now content providers preclude our allowing anyone to download these applications beyond the phone. The open architecture of Bluetooth could allow customers to download Get It Now applications beyond the phone. It is for this reason that our Get It Now enabled Bluetooth capable handsets do not have Bluetooth Object Exchange (OBEX) or file transfer capabilities enabled. We understand and apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this may cause you.
If you have further questions or concerns, please write to us again through www.VerizonWireless.com. We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing Verizon Wireless.
Sincerely,
Shacova

Gee, wonder if this means that they'll freak cuz I posted this or claim some type of copyright in the response to tech support questions. Damn, I'd LOVE to see those contracts cuz I bet it says something different from what they think it says
My response:
Sorry, but that doesn't parse. Why is it that OTHER Verizon phones are usable with iSync and the LGs are specifically precluded from using the STANDARD Bluetooth feature set. Why is this something that LG purchasers are not warned about? What in the agreements with content providers prohibits me from putting my address book, my calendar and contacts, and my own photographs from my computer to my telephone, which is possible for Windows users? What in your contracts could possibly allow for Windows users to enjoy features that Macintosh users are prohibited without so much as a warning?
