Dad update

They're going to try to take Dad off the vent today. He's, of course, still in ICU, where he will be for a few days while he recovers. It's utterly amazing that they can do what they do to people and they survive it and prosper. Go modern medicine.

Mom is ok. Sister is ok. Dad is too groggy to be ok yet (mercifully, since I'm told this hurts like a mofo). All is well in the dysfunctional family.
