recalcitranttoySo, I go to Housevalues.com to see what my house is worth, mostly for fun, but in case I need a refi, I'd have some ideas. So I fill out their little form, and instead of *ping* we estimate your house to be worth 1.98, I get a "we will get back to you." *sniff sniff* Rodent in the vicinity.
So today I get this HTMLized email from a dorky looking group of all dressed alike clowns in suits claiming to be realtors offering to help me sell my house and touting all their relevant experience. I wrote back explaining that I wanted a simple valuation, not spam.
"Our email is in no way SPAM."
Unsolicited...yes. Commercial... yes. Email... yes. Guess what? That's SPAM, folks!
"IS NOT!"
Duck Season...FIRE!
